Non Welded Bow Spring Centralizer

Built with the purpose to surpass the API 10D specifications and endure demanding conditions, Sawan's Non-Weld Spring Bow Centralizers are designed for high restoring force with low starting and running forces so as to centralize the casing pipe in Vertical, Horizontal and Deviated Well.

The main purpose of the non weld bow centralizer is to reduce the effect of gas channeling by improving cement flow and thus resulting in a more uniform thickness between the casing and the wellbore. The company's ability to produce premium quality bows made from special alloy steel and manufactured in totally controlled heat treatment plant gives a uniform hardness and good spring action to the component which in turn results in optimum performance. The centralizers also undergo a special Iron Phosphate coating and then a polyester powder coating process known as powder coating which is provided to prevent the bow from rust.

The self locking feature of lips for holding bows to end collars and the integral hinges folded on the inside which are connected by high strength locking pin provides the maximum structural robustness. This feature also helps in convenient, economic and compact packaging of the product, thus reducing the overall shipping and storage cost.

Non Welded Bow Spring Centralizer

Built with the basic principle of combining highest restoring force along with the lowest starting force Sawan's Hinged Welded Spring Bow Centralizers are high quality welded products with the capability to meet as well as exceed API 10 D specifications. These Centralizers have spring Bow strongly welded to the end collar under required temperature and condition with extra low hydrogen coated Electrodes which helps in providing more restoring force as compared to non welded hinged bow centralizers. Slip on Welded Spring Bow Centralizers SOT-003

Non Welded Bow Spring Centralizer

Sawans Slip on Welded Spring Bow Centralizers are high quality welded products designed to meet as well as surpass API 10D specifications. The operational and general design features of this type of centralizers are similar to that of Hinged Welded Bow Spring Centralizers. These Centralizers have Bow spring strongly welded onto the outside of slip-on end collar under required temperature and condition with correct grade electrode.

These Centralizers are manufactured with the purpose of direct installation over the pipe by slipping on the pipe between two stop collars or over a slip-on type stop collar to provide the casing / liner a smooth bearing surface, but can also be provided with Set screws for the elimination of stop collar. The end collars, for this purpose, are specially designed with roll formed peripheral ridges which provide extra rigidity. The centralizers are also provided with Iron Phosphate and powder coating to prevent it from rust. They are shipped in assembled condition only.

Hinged Non Weld Semi Rigid Bow Centralizers SOT-004

Non Welded Bow Spring Centralizer

This Sawan product has been uniquely designed to combine the desirable features of a standard spring bow and rigid centralizers and provide a far exceeding performance compared to the standards set by API 10D specifications. The purpose of this product is to ensure high efficiency on casing jobs on deviated and horizontal wells.

The bows are manufactured from alloy steel tempered for exact hardness and a non-weld design to eliminate brittle spots. The spring characteristics of its double crested profile permit compression to facilitate movement through tight spots and dog legs. This centralizer exhibits higher stand-off because of its high restoring force due to the spring action. The centralizers are also provided with Iron Phosphate and powder coating to prevent it from rust.

Welded Semi Rigid Centralizers SOT-005

Welded Semi Rigid Bow Centralizers are available in 4 1/2" to 20" sizes. Special sizes are also made available according to the requirements of the client.

The advantage of this design is that they permit maximum fluid passage and also eliminates weak (brittle) spots.

The end collars and the flat U profile are rigidly connected with self-locking action which provides firm and positive hold. This feature also helps in convenient, economic and compact packaging of the product, thus reducing the overall shipping and storage cost. The centralizers are also provided with Iron Phosphate and powder coating to prevent it from rust.

These centralizer are manufactured With Solid End rings that can be easily slipped on the casing Outer Diameter during Installation.The centralizers are also provided with Iron Phosphate and powder coating to prevent it from rust. They are shipped in assembled condition only.

Single Piece Spring Bow Centralizers SOT-009

Single Piece Spring Bow Centralizers are available in 4 1/2" to 20" sizes. Special sizes are also made available according to the requirements of the client.

Non Welded Bow Spring Centralizer

Specially designed to eliminate the risk of loose part or welding failure Sawan’s Single Piece Spring Bow Centralizer is manufactured from a single piece of heat-treated steel giving a hardened and tempered surface that helps in reducing torque and drag losses. They are designed to perform satisfactorily in open holes as well as cased holes and are used to position the casing in the centre of the wellbore in vertical, deviated and horizontal wells.

These centralizers offer high fatigue strength for axial forces and radial side loads on bows during tubular rotation which helps in reducing the effect of channeling by improving the cement flow and results in more uniform cement thickness in the well bore. These centralizer can be installed with 2 stop rings, 1 internal stop ring or casing couplings. The blades, top and bottoms rings are made of one piece to ensure the centralizer s integrity during rig operations. The centralizers are also provided with Iron Phosphate and powder coating to prevent it from rust. They are shipped in assembled condition only.

Aluminum Spiral Vane Solid Rigid Centralizers SOT-021

Aluminum Spiral Vane Solid Rigid Centralizers are available in 2 7/8‘’ to 13 3/8” sizes. Special sizes are also made available according to the requirements of the client.

Non Welded Bow Spring Centralizer

Built with the purpose to provide optimum flow and meet the need for better cementing in high deviated and horizontal wells, Sawan’s Aluminum Spiral Vane Solid Rigid Centralizers has the capability to withstand high well bore temperature while giving maximum horizontal stand-off. These Centralizers are cast of high grade aluminum alloy in one piece from self-manufactured Gravity Die. The spiral vanes or blades are designed in a way that they overlap the entire 3600open-hole circumference and help in reducing the flow area between the spirals which creates a vortex motion which in turn increases fluid velocity with direction and provide a shock resistance against fluid swirl.

The Gravity Die for these centralizers is manufactured with the help of Vertical Machining Centre (VMC) and the machining of this product is performed on Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machine which provides an optimum product with least errors. Solid Rigid Centralizers help in increasing the induced swirl which in turn increases the displacement efficiency. Even without rotation, the relived angle blades induce turbulence flow for improved cutting and filter cake removal. They posses high tensile and yield strength and are corrosion resistant as well.

They are available in both left and right sided spiral blades. The angle for these blades is given according to the customer requirements. The centralizers are also provided with powder coating to prevent it from rust.

Zinc Spiral Vane Solid Centralizers SOT-022

Zinc Spiral Vane Solid Rigid Centralizers are available in 2 7/8‘’ to 13 3/8” sizes. Special sizes are also made available according to the requirements of the client.

Non Welded Bow Spring Centralizer

Built with the purpose for extensive use in rough and fine polishing of metallurgical specimens, Sawan’s Zinc Spiral Vane Solid Centralizers is manufactured from non-sparkling Zinc alloy. The spiral vanes or blades are designed in a way that they overlap the entire 3600 open-hole circumference and help in reducing the flow area between the spirals which creates a vortex motion which in turn increases fluid velocity with direction and provide a shock resistance against fluid swirl.

The Gravity Die for these centralizers is manufactured with the help of Vertical Machining Centre (VMC) and the machining of this product is performed on Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machine which provides an optimum product with least errors. They posses high tensile and yield strength and are corrosion resistant as well. The gentle flow from the body to the height of the vane eliminates scraping, gouging or digging into the formation and consequently reduces bailing between the vanes.

They are available in both left and right sided spiral blades. The angle for these blades is given according to the customer requirements. The centralizers are also provided with powder coating to prevent it from rust.

Aluminum Straight Vane Solid Centralizers SOT-023

Aluminum Straight Vane Solid Rigid Centralizers are available in 4 1/2‘’ to 13 3/8” sizes. Special sizes are also made available according to the requirements of the client.

Non Welded Bow Spring Centralizer

Built with the purpose to assist in aligning through well heads near surface and in case of previously run casing, Sawan’s Aluminum Straight Vane Solid Centralizers are applicable for horizontal or highly deviated well designs. These Centralizers are cast of high grade aluminum alloy in one piece from self-manufactured Gravity Die. They can be manufactured with or without set screws located between each vane which can be used toattachthem to the casing which prevents casing rotation or reciprocation during cementing operations. In case the casing are rotated or reciprocated during cementing operations, these centralizers can float on casing joint between the stop rings.

The Gravity Die for these centralizers is manufactured with the help of Vertical Machining Centre (VMC) and the machining of this product is performed on Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machine which provides an optimum product with least errors. They posses optimum tensile and yield strength which makes them wellhead friendly and increases shock resistance to high impact. In order to reduce friction a flexible ceramic coating can also be applied to the entire centralizer.

The height for these blades is given according to the customer requirements. The centralizers are also provided with powder coating to prevent it from rust.

Zinc Straight Vane Solid Centralizer SOT-024

Hinged Bolted Stop Collar SOT-041

Non Welded Bow Spring Centralizer

Built with the purpose of allowing quick and easy installation on the casing pipe, Sawan’s Hinged Bolted Stop Collars are designed to latch on the casing pipe. These are economical collars highly recommended for annular tolerances and axial loads. They have hinge at one end and bolt on the other which when tightened around the casing pipe provide a firm grip with friction on the inside and so these collars have highcapacity for holding forces rather than the starting forces.

The stop collars are also provided with Iron Phosphate and powder coating to prevent it from rust.

Hinged Spiral Nail Stop Collar SOT-042

Non Welded Bow Spring Centralizer

Sawan’s Hinged Spiral Nail Stop Collars are designed such that they have hinges on the two opposite ends of the collar and two grooves in the normal direction of the hinges with spiral locking pins which when driven in provide a firm grip to the casing pipe. These collars can be used for both upset and non-upset casing in order to increase the clearance during rotation. They are easy to work-with and quick to install as they can be latched on the casing pipe.

The stop collars are also provided with Iron Phosphate and powder coating to prevent it from rust.

Slip-On Set Screw Stop Collar SOT-043

Slip-On Set Screw Stop Collars are available in 4 1/2‘’ to 20” sizes. Special sizes are also made available according to the requirements of the client.

Non Welded Bow Spring Centralizer

Built with the purpose to serve for high axial loads, Sawan’s Slip-On Set Screw Stop Collar is a one piece stop collar which is generally tapered from the outside ends so as to hold the centralizer and avoid the ends from hitting the bows/vanes when the centralizer is placed above them. This collar has high restraining capacity as it grips the centralizer with the help of a row of screws.

The stop collars are also provided with Iron Phosphate and powder coating to prevent it from rust.

Non Welded Bow Spring Centralizer

Built with the purpose of providing an effective aid for retaining and supporting the cement in case of weak formations or stage cementing, Sawan’s Cement basket helps in providing a protection from hydrostatic pressure generated by cement column. These baskets are designed with flexible bow springs which are formed through heat-treatment under controlled conditions in order to provide maximum strength and uniformity. These bows are then welded to slip-on collars along with overlapping metal fins which helps in providing increased flexibility and strength in order to support long columns of cement during primary cementing operations.
